Owners and operators, Sammy and Melissa McPeake, have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years combined experience, with his family owning three local franchised hotels.  They saw a need for an event venue of this kind for many years and this dream is finally coming to fruition.  

Melissa will be the primary organizer of the property and has rental experience and a drive to succeed.

Sammy has a passion for design, construction, and restoration that is helping make this venue a reality.  

They both have a great interest in landscaping and outdoor entertainment, which is exhibited in the plans for the grounds.
